Rider responsibilities

User should not be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.
User should avoid over-Speeding and maintain the kilometer limit.
User should maintain number of people limit on the bike based on the standard seating capacity of the bike.
User should avoid misrepresentation of information in the driving license and ID proof details.
User has to pick up motorcycle from the location that is specified in his booking order and has to return the motorcycle in same woking condition as before at the same location in time.
User has to bear all the cost replacement pertaining to any damage to the vehicle loss of tools and spare parts kept in the vehicle.
Any type of damage happened to the motorcycle during the ride should be intimated to justridez while returing the vehicle.
If the motorcyle is stolen during the trip, then you have to immediatetly inform the local authoritied as well as justridez without any delay. An FIR shall be filled with the local police station. Justridez shall provide all necessary assistance and hirer shall provide complete co-operation to fulfill the formalities
